Swings and rack walks

60 swings (30L+30R) to chin level w/24kg KB
2x max time rack walk (back straight) w/24kg KB

Will do Tabata L-Sits tonight.

Me and Karl were on an olympic lifting instructors course and we are going to start doin oly lifts as well as crossfit...im not sure how to incorporate it without overtraining. Any advice mate?

What I'm doing right now is 8x1 clean & jerk + 8x2 Snatches x 3 times a week(that's 8 sets of 1 or 2 respectively)I also add in front squats, but with Crossfit, this can hinder your WOD pretty easily. So I'd say practice your snatch work first (light weight: I'd say about 70-80% of your 1RM)Focusing on exploding and a lighting quick 'dip', working on perfect form. When your form is perfect, increase the weight. That's just my 0,02$ worth...

I started it today but I think i will start with 2 days of my programme and see how it effects the wod
