Pull-ups and wall ball
Five rounds for time of:
25 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball - 10 foot target
30 Pull-ups
Didn't do this workout today because I went to a party last night and I'm not really feeling up to it. Will try squeezing it in on the next rest day.
