FSQ w/ 80kg: 4x3 (3 minutes rest between sets)
Full Contact Twist: 5x5 w/ 8kg
I hope to top 100kg x 3 reps in this cycle and am going to do some power snatches next cycle, while maintaining my squat numbers.
