20kg x 3 (easy)
26kg x 1 (fail)
22kg x 2L+3R ==>2RM
NOTES:
-Why did I suddenly start doing dumbbell military presses ? Well, mainly because KB MP's are
easier, and I figured that if I ever am going to conquer the 32kg KB, I better start making things
a bit harder.
